All I have to say is...my heart is really full! I had a great Sunday and took a really long nap...(thanks Kyle for watching the kids!)and I am now craving my friend Jill's valentine cookies...they seriously look too pretty to eat and look so delicious! We ran a super fun race!! I was supposed to be in Vegas at Time Out For Women, but things happened and Kyle's mom wasn't able to go. So I was able to run with some fun girls! We wore Healthymomskitchen shirts and super cute Flirty Aprons and bumpits!! ( yes, that is why my hair is so big!!) I got the fastest time ever cuz I had a great running buddy!! We had a great time!! I am excited for next year!

I was in heaven last night at the Jason Deere and the Nashville Tribute Band concert! Due West is part of this band, Micheal McLean, David Osmand and Kathryn (who played Emma on Emmas story) were there. It was so amazing, uplifting, spiritual and fun! I got to meet all of them and got their autographs!! So amazing! Loved it! Tonight Due West is having a concert...too bad I can't go! Well that's all...peace!!

7 years ago I got married to this really cute guy (with hair!) I am so thankful that Kyle put up with my craziness while we were dating...I knew just by doing that we would be together forever!! I am still crazy and he still does put up with it! I am thankful for all Kyle has done for me and our little family. While I was sick he was always right by my side! I have felt so much love from him and I love him so much! I am grateful for the hard work he does for us! (so I can have a really cute kitchen! pics coming on that!) and I am so grateful he gave me some super cute kids! I love you so much Kyle!!

Weird, kind of funny looking, pees a lot, chews on everything but his toys, is getting way bigger than they told us he would, plays non stop...but the kids love him and he is still the best dog ever...according to Jaden!! This is what Bugsie loves... (Kennedi dresses herself and changes her clothes about 10 times a day...just fyi!!) Bugsie jumps into the stroller himself and just waits until someone will push him!!

He was born February 17, 2010. probably didn't weigh much! We named hime Bugsie because he has some crazy eyes! He's so super cute and was really cheap! He is a shihtzu mixed with a boston terrier. He is just starting to sleep through the night and it's great! potty training is awful but he's getting it! Jaden says he is the best dog ever!! We love him! He really acts like a little baby...I wrap him in a blanket and he goes to sleep and he sleeps on his back...usually with his tongue sticking out!!

Poor Jaden...I really feel bad for the kid. I honestly don't know how he shot himself in the eye, but he did. He cut his cornia and had bleeding on his iris. so he has 2 medicines to put into his eye and a patch. (He thinks he is a pirate so he needs a sword! The dr. just laughed!) So to keep from losing his eye the dr ordered bedrest...for a 4 year old...really!! Bedrest for Jaden...the most active boy ever!! surprisingly he has been very good. he watches a lot of movies and plays games and puzzles. 2 more days of bedrest and we get to see the dr. again...so any suggestions on keeping a 4 year old from walking, please let me know! The eye dr. checked him out today and said his eye is still inflamed, but the blood clot is gone...we are just praying it doesn't start bleeding again. Jaden is so amazing and I know Priesthood blessings work! Please keep his little eye in your prayers!! (Someone smart once told me...you know who you are...to always wear safety goggles...I agree totally!!)

We just got home from the funnest vacation!! I have so many things I ned to write about, but vacations make me so tired! (who doesn't need a week to get all of their energy back after a vacation?!) We got to go to California, Oregon and Washington. We drove on the coast up to Washington and stayed with our cousin friends!! love them!! We had a blast and I have many pictures to come. Man's Best Friend

We have had a rough month with losing our dogs. Today our dog Jazz (Jazmine) had to be put to sleep. My mom checked on her this morning and she couldn't walk and she wouldn't eat. I tried to get her to walk and she would just fall over...My dad took her to the vet and we found out that she has a brain tumor. The best thing for her was to put her to sleep. We wanted to give her one last summer for making it through the cold winter..she is almost 16 years old and just yesterday she was chasing rocks down the ravine, but we couldn't have her suffer. Jazz was by far the best dog ever. We love her and will miss her so much. I know she is in a better place and can hear and see again! I know she can now chase all the rocks she wants!! Jazzy girl you will be missed!

We had to sale our cute dogs Chispa and Mokey. I actually cied to the guy who called about them...he said he felt so bad that he didn't know if he could take them from us! I remember when I first got Chispa...I fell in love with her at the pet shop in Cedar and I would visit her there. Kyle surprised me and brought her home and I loved her like she was my first baby!! Then she had puppies...along came Mokey...Mokey was her first born puppy. We do love them so much and that's why we had to get rid of them. They will be much happier and will get more attention and i'm happy that they get to stay together.

This is so cute! I think that Heather and Tamara will be impressed with her skills!! But I need to be honest and say that I have no idea where she learned to iron!! So thinking of not ironing ever, made me think back to the days of college...I just have something I think my roommates should know...I think maybe a couple of them already do...In my whole college experience I only took the garbage out once...It started out as I hate touching the garbage, but then it turned into seeing how long I could actually go without anyone saying anything. I believe I made it clear until our second year in Willowbrook and I only took it out one time!! I owe you guys!! You really were and are the best...I miss all of you a ton and can't wait for the roommate reunion!! So here are some videos of Kennedi ironing...

Stress + Ring Around the Rosies = Ambulance

I know it sounds strange, but the combo of both put me right into an ambulance last night!! So we got ready for bed and being the great mom that I am...decided to play ring around the rosies with my kids. So we played 3 times and I was done...I got so car sick. So the kids went to bed and I just kept telling Kyle and My Mom how sick I was feeling. Kyle and I started watching a movie and I just didn't feel right. So I layed down on the couch and my eyes started rolling around and I got really dizzy. I asked Kyle for some help and he came over and said my eyes were huge. They continued to roll and I started shaking uncontrollably. I then started crying (of course...I am such a baby). So i start hyperventilating and screaming...it was the scariest thing in my life...if you know me i'm not one to scream so i felt totally like i was not in control of anything...Kyle ran and got my mom and she called 911. Well they took me and got oxygen back into my body and everything stopped. So the diagnosis is that a crystal from my middle ear fell out of the balancing place and into some tubes. when I layed down it started rolling back..which is why my eyes were rolling. It hit a nerve and that caused my veins to constrict which made me rigid and not in control of anything...so I freaked out (who wouldn't) and I had a panick attack ending in a way expensive ride in an ambulance. I did not enjoy the ride, but when I got there I was fine and told the nurses that I was just trying to be a good mom...So in the end it was fun and games!! The moral...don't play ring around the rosies if you have a screw loose in your head!! :) also...Kyle is the best husband ever...I hope he makes it to an old age without having heart problems...being married to me is not easy!! I love you Kyle even if you were thinking of the life insurance money!! JK

1. Jamie needs a kid. (maybe I do!! but I have 2 already.)

Crazy Times!

I haven't written in the longest time so I have a lot to say and a lot of pictures...sorry!!

Here is my cute little nephew Wes...He is so hilarious...I wish I video taped his facial expressions (good time to say HEATHER UPDATE YOUR BLOG!!)I got all of my nephews these shirts for Christmas...they say "My aunt Rocks" well cuz basically I do!! Story time: Me- Wyatt loves me the most

So that solved that!!

Kyle's brother Taylor came home from the Dominican Republic. It was so great to see him...he is so much fun and I am glad he is home!! Check out how tall he is...when he walked off the plane all I could say was Holy cow Taylor you are so tall over and over!! Do you notice his tooth? They were playing with airsoft guns and his companion looks over fast and just shoots and it hits Taylor right in the tooth...Taylor is hilarious so he just starts laughing!! I love Taylor he is awesome!

A little on the sadder side...My mom called me at 7 am last week and asked me to go upstairs and sit with my dad until the ambulance arrived. I grabbed Kennedi and we go upstairs and find that my dad's heart went into A-phib (spelling?) again. The last time it did this they said the next time this happens he would need to get to the hospital for some medicine before he has a massive stroke that could kill him. We all just prayed. He did end up coming home that night with nothing left for the hospital to do...we just had to wait. He was doing better until a couple days ago. He is ok for now, but is really not feeling well. i hope that he continues to get better and I hope that everyone can say a little prayer for him. Today Kyle and I talked in sacrament meeting about Family Home Evening. of course I cried I always do!! Out of everything that has happened to my family and me this past year and a half I have realized how important family really is. I love my family so much...I love being by them here in salt lake but I do miss Kyle's family in Cedar...I wish we could all live in the same place!!

Ok so last story for you all!! Happy Valentines Day yesterday!! We had such a great day! Jer and Heather came and we got to hang out with them and my cute little nephews that I seriously love so much! We went to jumping Jacks...way fun...not just for kids!! Love it!! Anyways I think this is definately long enough and my eyes are going buggy!! love ya all thanks Leanna for the cookie recipe they are so yummy!! Peace!!

last night Kyle was trying to do his homework...I think he is definately superdad!! He lays on our living room floor, holds his book in one hand, a weight in the other, and has Jaden and Kennedi crawling all over him. It works I guess...Kyle has a 4.0 GPA in his masters of education. I call him smarty pants cuz he thinks he knows everything...which, I will be honest...he does!! I would just like to say good luck this next semester, keep up the good work, and I am seriously so proud! I love you Shnooky!!

Jordan aka Skates!

My brother Jordan has some serious skills and is amazingly buff! He is going to make it to the olympics some day and get me a ticket also!! in this race he beat his personal record and the guy in the green suit...which gave Jordan 2nd place!! It is so much fun going to watch him at the oval. My kids are actually entertained so we get to sit and enjoy it! Jordan got his name skates from my friend meg...Jordan used to watch speed skating in the olympics, put on his rollerblades and skate around the house...he also had cool shoes where the wheels came out of the bottom (hence the name skates!!)Jordan you amaze me and are one of my bestest friends!!

This is hilarious and it's even funnier when Jaden tells it. So I hope the video is good. So the story is...My mama and Jaden were making pecan sticky buns and jaden wanted some I guess, but he doesn't like nuts. so my mama told him "Don't eat the nuts". Well I came upstairs and Jaden says, "Mom, grama Shelly told me to shut up." I said "she did?" and my mama said..."No I didn't. I said don't eat the nuts." It seriously was hilarious and he always just busts out the story randomly to get us laughing. The way Jaden tells it is so cute!

Kyle brought this snowboard home for Jaden the other day and I was like Kyle he's 3. I honestly underestimated Jaden's abilities...basically I think he will go to the olympics some day!! He goes right down the hill with no help, doesn't fall, and if he gets stuck he scoots or hops...what I'm saying is his first time going down the hill was way better than mine!! So I'm very proud of him. He's always wanting to try new and daring things! and that's something I love about him!! He's just like his dad!!

I don't!! So I have been having all sorts of health problems for a long time now. 15 doctors later I have found an answer!! Yay!! For a couple months I have been having pain in the right side of my back...so doctors have been testing my kidney and have found nothing. since I don't have a gall bladder they couldn't do anything. well recently the pain has been awful so i bugged the dr. again. I got a ct scan yesterday...not fun...I drank this nasty drink for 1 1/2 hours and had an IV that made me feel like I peed my pants!! (I didn't!!) All they could tell me of course is go home and wait til Monday for your dr. to call. So I came home and 30 minutes later the dr. tells me to go to the hospital and have surgery. No one knows why my appendix has lasted so long and no one knows why it was totally in the wrong place, but now its out and hopefully my problems will be gone!! I am so grateful for my family. throughout this whole thing I have really been blessed to know that family is most important and nothing else really matters. I love Kyle and I'm so lucky to have him. I just want to say thanks to my fam and friends who have been praying for me. I'm just grateful for everything that I have been blessed with.

Ok so I am so bugged. Kyle lost his scriptures. We looked everywhere...our house, cars, etc. Well we went to an eagle court at our church last night and Kyle found his scriptures in the library...everything was taken out of them! You know how you keep papers from middle/high school seminary, pens, everything. I was so ticked...I know they were just papers, but honestly...I love my scriptures and those papers give them character. Anyways, at least we have his scriptures those are the most important. And to whoever took the stuff...you were in the church...Repent!!! I can't say anymore!!!

So we had a couple Halloween parties this past saturday and Kyle decided to go as Albert. He is also going to keep the mustache until halloween...ugh!! It not only looks funny...it looks like I'm married to an old man!! Oh well he is the same lovable, funny, cute, handsome (in a weird kind of 70's way) guy I fell in love with!! Ok so I know this sounds weird, but i have lived in Cedar a long time and I really miss my friends. Living in Herriman hasn't been bad besides the fact that everyone here is older and way rich and Heather lives an hour away!! I just kind of feel out of place. So I decided to do a call out to all of my friends here in the salt lake area...I need a friend or friends!! You know when you want to just call someone up and go do something or have a dinner night or play games...whatever...well...

Here's a picture of our dog Chispa. We always wonder why she is so grumpy and always bites people...well this picture explains a lot!

We took Jaden and Kennedi to the church museum downtown and they have a way fun kids place upstairs. They got to take care of babies...bathe them, take them to the dr., dress them...etc. it was amazing to watch them interact with these fake dolls. Kennedi loved to squeeze them and Jaden loved rocking them and feeding them.

Another thing Kennedi loved was just sitting in the chairs. She would sit in one for a second and then move on to the next. She finally found one she loved and really just sat!

They had a dress up corner there. My mama and the kids dressed up like sheperds. (I don't know how to spell that!)

This is just a random picture I think is way funny. Jordan was trying to sleep while conference was on (lets be honest who doesn't fall asleep sometimes!!) So Kennedi climbed on his head and just sat there! His head must be comfy cuz she stayed there until I got my camera and took a picture!
I know that's a lot of pictures but thats what happens when you have 2 kids and all you want to do at nap time is sleep, eat, read, or watch a movie! I have more pictures to come!! Love ya all!!

Mom the kids and I needed a break so we went to the zoo randomly one day and it was so much fun. Jaden and Kennedi loved the monkeys! Kennedi would stand up in the stroller and say Wow!! it was so cute! I think I am still I child at heart cuz I love going there and I love being by my mama!!

Jaden would not get off of the train...I seriously had to pull him off with both hands. He loves trains!

After the zoo we were all worn out!! We had a blast!

We had a way fun time at Kennedi's birthday hoedown! I found that Kyle looks very handsome in a cowboy hat! Don't be fooled by the picture of Jaden...I did not rent a pony for her birthday! I just needed a picture of Jaden and they are on my other computer!! The other picture is Wes my cute little gangster/cowboy nephew! I can't believe that kennedi is already one...it's crazy. She is almost walking...she just stands there and won't move. I thought moving to Salt Lake might make my life a little less crazy, but well I guess not! I haven't heard from anyone but Meg about the Breast Cancer Awareness walk...come on guys 5 dollars!! Anyways I will be sending out some letters to remind you!! I love you all! Ok so I need everyones help. I am a team captain for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and I need everyones support. It sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun. Kyle's dad took this at SUU. I actually thought it was going to be awful taking a family picture with 2 kids, but really it was quite easy cuz I gave up!! Kennedi isn't smiling but hey you can see everyone's face!! I'm getting this whole blogging thing besides the fact that it won't let me add any other blog sites...I'm working on it! ok so honestly i have no idea what i am doing! I can't read yet and this whole making a blog thing is killing my brain! Well i asked Meg for help but we are playing phone tag so I will pretend like i have a cute blog. hey i actually got music on so its not so boring!! well we moved to salt lake and we now live in my parents basement...it's really nice, but we don't have a living room or kitchen yet!! Some day soon hopefully. Kyle's going to start his new teaching job next week and i get to stay home with the kids!!
